New York-based Julie Brown is known for her use of vibrant colors, lush fabrics and eye-catching fabrics in the clothing, accessories and home goods she designs. Coming from a family of artists, Brown spent her childhood surrounded by art and fashion. Beginning her career as a fashion merchandiser at labels such as Ralph Lauren, she gained a discerning eye for exceptional fabrics and unique fabrics, leading to the creation of her first line in 2001. Today, Brown designs bold pieces for her main eponymous collection, as well as secondary line JB by Julie Brown.
