Originally owned by Tom and Carol Bouquet for 35 years, Annie B’s was sold to Justin and Amanda Henke in 2013. As fun-loving food enthusiasts, the Henkes stumbled upon Annie B’s caramels when they were trying to make their own perfect caramel. A very pregnant Amanda ate 12 Annie B’s caramels in one sitting. They knew that they had found perfection and took over Annie B’s when the owners decided to retire.
